Spooky Scary Movies to watch on Halloween

Spooky Scary Movies to watch on Halloween

It’s spooky time! It's time for one of the most popular and beloved autumn holidays — Halloween.

Halloween is a famous celebration originally from Great Britain. It is celebrated all around the world on 31st of October, on All Hallows Eve. Halloween is deeply rooted in ancient times, in history and traditions of Celts. Its symbol is pumpkin with carved grin and eyes — Jack-o-lantern, which, according to the belief, wards off evil spirits from the house.

Traditionally many people are dressed up in different monsters: ghosts, vampires, werewolves and maniacs from horror movies. Children go from door to door trick-o-treating and collecting candies and adults have theme parties. People are decorating houses with fake cobwebs and pumpkin lanterns, buy lots of candies, making punch and preparing costumes. And of course choose what movie they want to watch during the spookiest night of the year. We picked up our favourite movies to watch on Halloween special for you.
